Weight Loss/Management Program Refund Policy (applicable to all commercial classes whether in person or virtual):
EARLY DROP-OUT POLICY: If you decide that you are no longer able to participate in the weight management program, it is your responsibility to inform your group leader of your decision in writing (email is acceptable). If you drop-out prior to the third program session, AHWC will refund 80% of payment whether paid in full or in installments. There will be no refunds after the start of the third program session. Refunds will be issued once all materials (binder,  curriculum, food log) are returned to the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center in Aurora, Colorado.

All medical clearance visits for My New Weigh (MNW) participants will be billed to insurance and are not refundable, regardless if participant moves forward with the program.
