Day of Your Appointment

The nearest visitor parking lots are Snowmass and Monte Vista, directly to the east and south of AHWC. Visitor parking is $1/hour (via lot pay stations). AHWC Fitness Center members enjoy complimentary parking (using parking code) for up to three hours per day.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.

Check in at the front desk when you arrive. If you are a new client, your therapist will meet you at the front desk.

Locker rooms are located in the basement of the building. The massage rooms are located outside of the men’s and women’s locker rooms, next to the pool.

Aston Kinetics and Sports Massage sessions are completed with the client fully clothed. Please bring or wear flexible/comfortable clothing for these sessions, such as yoga pants, athletic shorts, sports bra, etc.
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session cost. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a “NO SHOW” and you will be charged the full price of the session.
