The SUPERVISED CLINICAL EXERCISE PROGRAM is designed to help those diagnosed with a chronic condition take control of their health. Our certified trainers guide you through developing healthy habits and becoming more confident in your ability to make activity a part of your lifestyle.

Is this program right for me?

You may be a good fit for this program if you:

+ Have been diagnosed with a chronic condition such as: heart disease, diabetes, fibromyalgia, metabolic disease, liver disease, osteoporosis, musculoskeletal disease
+ Have been diagnosed with a neurological condition such as Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.
+ Are preparing for surgery that requires weight loss and/or muscle strengthening such as bariatric or orthopedic surgery.

About The Program

What to Expect:

+ Initial Assessment: includes comprehensive review of medical history, personal conversation to set goals and fitness assessment to establish baseline fitness level
+ Orientation Session: a one-on-one training session to introduce key exercises and orientation to fitness center and equipment
+ Group Strength Classes: Group classes are trainer led circuit-style strength training classes. We will focus on functional movement, strength, balance and flexibility
+ Post Assessment: repeat of fitness assessment to compare to baseline; conversation to discuss next steps

Program Length and Cost

One month program: $79
Two month program: $149
Enrollment requires a referral from your physician.

This program provides a safe introduction to exercise for anyone dealing with a chronic disease in a compassionate and comfortable environment.

Starting your fitness journey can be daunting, but the benefits of exercise are innumerable. Exercise can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood circulation, help the body utilize insulin, improve cholesterol and lipid levels, lower blood pressure, improve mood, lower stress, lead to better sleep, and improve overall quality of life.

We limit group classes to 10 people.

We are happy to work with you as best we can. If we cannot get you into the program we have several options including: one-on-one training, semi-private training, and FIT group training. Schedule a time for a consult to discuss options with a coach.
